Overview
International Commercial Law, also known as International Trade Law, is a major that forms the cornerstone of global business transactions. Program Structure
Students in the International Trade Law program will undertake general education knowledge blocks and legal knowledge blocks including subjects such as WTO Law, International Investment Law, International Business Law, Border and Territorial Law, ASEAN Trade Law, US and EU Trade Law, International Payment Law, and Cyber Law etc. Additionally, the program includes supplementary courses like Legal English, Computer skills, Legal research and writing skills, Diplomatic Protocol and Basic Marketing etc.
