Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Overview

BBA program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law equips students with a solid foundation in business management and essential legal knowledge related to business activities. Students are trained to develop strategic plans for business growth and effectively solve management issues, particularly in the dynamic domestic and international business environment. Mastering legal regulations is a crucial skill for leaders, helping them navigate risks not only from an economic perspective but also from a legal standpoint.

Program Structure

The Business Administration program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in business management, along with a solid understanding of business law. The curriculum includes fundamental business management courses such as Advanced Mathematics, Microeconomics, Management Theory, Basic Marketing, Monetary Finance Theory, Accounting Principles, E-Commerce, and International Payments. In addition, students gain crucial legal knowledge through courses like Labor Law, Competition Law, Trade Law for Goods and Services, International Trade Law, and Auditing and Accounting Law.

Program Outcomes

Graduates of the Business Administration program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law will be capable of drafting and executing international business contracts, managing corporate finances, and developing strategic marketing plans as well as identifying new markets. They can also start their own businesses, taking on roles as founders and managers. The job opportunities for graduates are diverse, including positions such as market analysis assistant, import-export manager, hotel, entertainment center, and restaurant manager, or independent consultant within various businesses and economic organizations.
